AQP is one of the nation's oldest and most established ESOP consulting firms.

We have remained exclusively focused on Employee Stock Ownership Plans since our inception in 1982. AQP has been involved in the installation, design and administration of over 500 ESOPs across the United States.

Because you and
your business

Our experience encompasses a diverse range of employee-owned companies of all sizes and industries. AQP has provided ESOP consulting services for privately-held C and S corporations, family-owned businesses, publicly traded companies and international corporations.

We attribute our success, in large part, to our culture and values. We have created a single, integrated culture based upon the original ideas of Louis Kelso and the former Senator Russell Long. An ESOP is a socially improved technique of corporate finance that also serves as an employee benefit. As they would agree, the most effective ESOPs are inherently simple and understandable. Because of this, we are particularly sensitive and troubled by any plan that becomes too complex, complicated or expensive.

We have continued our history of innovation by establishing practical ESOP strategies that leverage the power of employee-ownership and the intellectual capital of our experience and know-how. Today, we continue to capitalize on the experience and knowledge that we have accumulated throughout our history.

AQP Admin now supports Oracle, SAP and Workday HRMS integration. All ESOP information and participant account data reside on your internal IT systems. Your employees do not have to logon to a separate third party websites to access their ESOP account. All of their employee benefits are in one place.
DOL continues to push for intensified scrutiny of ESOPs. The proposed rule extends fiduciary liability to ESOP valuation firms and significantly strengthens the DOL's ability to file actions against them.
