Our experience encompasses a diverse range of employee-owned companies of all sizes and industries. AQP has provided ESOP consulting services for privately-held C and S corporations, family-owned businesses, publicly traded companies and international corporations.

We attribute our success, in large part, to our culture and values. We have created a single, integrated culture based upon the original ideas of Louis Kelso and the former Senator Russell Long. An ESOP is a socially improved technique of corporate finance that also serves as an employee benefit plan. As they would agree, the most effective ESOPs are inherently simple and understandable. Because of this, we are particularly sensitive and concerned by any plan that becomes too complex, complicated or expensive.
