We have remained exclusively focused on Employee Stock Ownership Plans since our inception in 1982. AQP has been involved in the installation, design and administration of over 500 ESOPs across the United States.
Our experience encompasses a diverse range of employee-owned companies of all sizes and industries. AQP has provided ESOP consulting services for privately-held C and S corporations, family-owned businesses, publicly traded companies and international corporations.
We attribute our success, in large part, to our culture and values. We have created a single, integrated culture based upon the original ideas of Louis Kelso and the former Senator Russell Long. An ESOP is a socially improved technique of corporate finance that also serves as an employee benefit plan. As they would agree, the most effective ESOPs are inherently simple and understandable. Because of this, we are particularly sensitive and concerned by any plan that becomes too complex, complicated or expensive.
We have continued our history of innovation by establishing practical ESOP strategies that leverage the power of employee-ownership and capitalize on our experience and know-how. Today, we continue to make the most of our experience and knowledge that we have accumulated throughout our history.
